What is whimsy?

AI tells us that whimsy describes something playfully quaint, imaginative, and not serious, often appearing as a sudden or fanciful idea or behavior. It is characterized by a lighthearted sense of humor and a departure from practicality, bringing a touch of wonder, amusement, or eccentricity to a situation or creation.  

My design aesthetic embodies whimsy. Not too serious, light hearted and fun. I like to think that I add a touch of sophistication to my choice of fabrics, patterns and trims.

When someone chooses a Mimi Chic design I want them to smile, feel special and unique when they wear it.
